Congratulations on your recent purchase it's a rare find and a pristine example of a CSL.
However I subscribe to the philosophy that cars are meant to be driven, that's what they are built for.

I can't see the point of never driving a car, having it and not using it is a sacrilege and a travesty of the CSL basic design.
I've read the comments by others suggesting the investment potential of a low mileage example, I have to agree that there is potential, like the Batmobile and the 2002 Turbo but that's in 25/30 years time, they still cost money standing still.

Drive it and enjoy it for what it is - a car, albeit a very nice one!

Denmark you say, so what is the price of the only CSL in the country, including the massive 180% tax you guys have to pay on car purchases?

I rmeember considering importing mine to Denmark a few years ago and the tax is based on market value (this car been 'the market') and it would have cost me @£100K!?

It is in Denmark, a official BMW dealer who's family has been race drivers for 3 generations and ran another M1 a Le Mans 24H back in the day.

You can see some of their awards hanging on the back wall.

Dad sr. simply collected an extra car of important BMW over the years, but jr. is selling out to reclaim space as the garage is pretty full.
