If I could afford it I'd invest in a second car with these miles and throw a dust sheet over it for 5-7 years. Particularly when you see this:

Think it will take longer than that. Plus in the mean time you still need to service it, insure it, store it and replace the rubber etc

15 years IMO, long long time to leave a car, couldnt be arsed. Surely a 34k invested in a cheap house will bring greater reward in 15 yrs time.
15 years of rent, plus appreciation of property.

Sticking a CSL away is a knobs trick, use the fucker and invest in something else.
