Oil Service
Car went in today for an oil service as its only done 400 miles in 2years and it says it needs changed every 2 years.
took it to BMW and i supply the oil and bmw filter it cost me £41.82 + parts happy days  Filter from bmw £11.30 Oil from opie oils 6L £59.67 Bmw Labour £41.82 Total £112.79 The car needs a donut in the propshaft and the exhaust bracket is broken i am waiting to hear if warranty covers it

my local BMW garage charge 150 euros including everything and they give me a 1,3 or 5 series for the day while its being done
at that price there is no way i'm getting under the car on my drive way with those dodgy axle stands i got in argos

warranty on exhaust
not covered sadly... broke brackets snapped on my centre pipes at the front of the silencer... ended up cutting both brackets off and fitting standard exhaust clamps for now...extra weight!! i know but bmw wanted stupid money for oem replacements.
