just using blackcircles as a guide, a 265/35/18 ranges from £81 (Federal) to £110 (Kumho), £172 (Yoko Advans) to £262 (PS2). I would expect a DZ03G to be somewhere in the region of £180.

255/40/18 seems to be more expensive still, probably cos there's not much in that range.

annoying things tyres. They're the only things keeping you in touch with the ground so not to be skimped on, but by the same token the guy running A048's all round doesn't smile much ;-)

Sounds Like you are doing the exact same project as mine mate!!

Have stripped my M3, Sparco pro2000 seats on sparco sliders and mounts fit perfect.

Rear cage from custom cages with subframe strengthening from the cage and CSL carbon roof fitted by Simpson.

Battery ditched for Braille item.

I use TD 18x9 et30 all round then run 15mm spacers at the rear. tyres are 265 all round as well. No rubbing issues. Turn in is amazing. Am using the Kumho ecsta v70a they are brilliant tyres. Saves on tyre wear as you can put them front and rear!

Have AP brakes all round. Pagid RS29 pads.(yellow)

Suspension is Intrax 4 way, bought secondhand for a good price. I have used KW v3, Bilstein PSS10, HSD's, and now intrax. I can honestly say the Intrax are by far the better suspension, night and day. If i were you i would get some Intrax 1K2's secondhand, have seen a few for sale recently on here and ebay. You cannot go wrong with them. Talk to Simpson Motorsport if in any doubt.

CSL trailing arm bushes with Turner motorsport limiter kit

Turner motorsport ARB's front and rear body roll is greatly reduced. suspension helps with this also obviously.

Carbon CSL bootlid, Carbon GTR bonnet.

CSL intake, alpha-n mapping, schrick 288/280 cams, ARP Head and Conrod bolts, Full Supersprint exhaust with stepped headers.

Car is a monster!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I think you'll find that Dunlop DZ03g in 265 35 18 are price fixed through out the UK @ £275 + VAT !!! each
I was @ Brands CSL Cup race last weekend and I asked the Dunlop guys if they were doing any special deals on these, during the weekend... guess what price they came back to me with ....
If U can get them for £180 each let me know, I'll have 10 at that price

Yep... you're absolutely right Sir I run the DZ02g, a predecessor to the DZ03g in 265 35 18 all round on the standard E46 M3 18" 9J rear wheels all round without any rubbing issues what so ever. 12 mm H&R spacer on the rear to fill the rear arches
DUNLOP DZs are my favourite TD tyres by a country mile The only problem is the price which seems to have been "FIXED" throughout the UK. No matter who you call it's always in the region of £275 +VAT each
I'm holding out for a good deal on these at the moment as my DZ02s are near slicks now
Obligatory pix below, second one showing my steed being chucked into the "Little Karussell" after Schwalbenschwanz @ the Ring without any rubbing issues

Couldn't resist a little picture whoring there Matt.

Shimmy, stop picture whoring the Cup twin towers. It makes me want to spend far too much money!
