How good is the BMW Warranty? (Shell / Engine Issues Covered?)
 

Hi Guys,

Just wondered how people rated the BMW warranty? Obviosuly a friendly dealer helps but if you had a totally standard car (and always has been) on 70,000 miles, full BMW service history at the same BMW garage all its life how would they treat a car should issues such as; head gasket, cracking subframe, diff play?

Obvioulsy the car is 'getting on' at 70k :hahaha: so just wondered if they'd use the age card or would be pretty good at rectifying any serious issues that might appear?

If its got a FSH and fully comp warranty, it shouldnt be viewed any differently to a car with 40k on it. I woulnt have thought.

Obviously you pay more for the warranty post 60K but thats because more is likely to go wrong. Shouldnt mean they would view a warranty claim any differently?

last year my BMW warranty paid for itself and some more.:thumbs:
