Rear View Mirror

Is this normal its my rear view mirror i noticed it tonight and it just does not look right

its not the light as it is like this with the light off

Is yours like this ? or is it needing replaced before it leaks

if it leaks bmw will be sorting it or is it the part its only trim

bloody weird!!!! mines done the same thing tonight as well have to slap up a photo

Mine did this but was about the size if a 50p piece in the centre of mirror.

Replaced under warranty about 18m ago.

I think they're about £350 to buy.
