If you mean gear shift speed, you've got the piano keys button directly behind the gear shift.

Erm...not sure about bloke shifting as you would a conventional manual. A double click will bang it up or down two gears. I would go out and try the 5th to 2nd thing but am also intoxicated and the roads are salty!
