The point being gentlemen - If it's their car fair enough, if not do they have the owners permission to reproduce images of his/her car?

The other car featured '161 BMW' originally belonged to BMW UK (one of the 6 delimited press cars when the CSL was launched) so fair enough.

They don't need the car owner's permission. They need the permission of the person who took the photograph.

That still smarts - I know it was owned by BMW from the database, (however I don't know that it still is)
It's the CSL that was loaned to PistonHeads chaps for the 'Homecoming'.

Images have been changed, now features: SG 'H9 BRO' ('bluebro's car) and a BMW Dealer Poster.

PS: Sorry I wasn't quick enough to download the original images.
