4.5k rev-limit is driving me insane! Sorry, just had to have a moan, and still another 850 miles to go...

Well after almost 5 years, the longest I've owned a car, I agreed to sell my Cesil today. Didn't even advertise it, just heard of someone looking for one. Car will be staying in Ireland, and hopefully the new owner will be on here presently

My Alpina is also gone recently too, and the E34 M5 next, as just not been getting enough use out of them all. Keeping the Mini GP1, and hoping to pick up a B5 RS4 at some stage soon to go with it, as always wanted one

Anyway lads (& CSLGirl), been great being on here. It's a super forum and a great community, the highlight for me definitely being the Munich trip (where did the rest of that Cointreau go? ). Will continue to check in to see what's happening, and if anyone's over this side of the water make sure to give us a shout

Jeff

It's going to hurt in a day or 2!

Huge fan of the RS4

Chap @ work has just bought a new RS3, blinding off the line.

Cesil would be struggling.....

Different story on track though......that's what I keep telling him

Cheers, and reckon you could be right. But 800 miles since Munich trip meant it was time for someone else to have a go

I'm starting into a week-long boozefest to fend off the pain! RS4 is just one of those cars that I've spent the last 15 years wanting, so need to give it a go and see. Plan is to have it for the odd weekend or foreign road-trip, and the Mini for sh*ts & giggles, but will see how it all pans out. I'd say I'll be back in something else old school down the line too
