Superb....but I'd get those kerbs ripped up and relaid on a proper radius and I'm guessing but once drive finished they may be a Splitter killer

The kerbs will be out of the floor from only 3 cm. It was an important request from my side.

For the party, I do not know yet. For now, I am "moneyless" for everything inside the house for now ...including paint

I'm also in the process of building a new house. Obviously I dunno the first thing about house building.

What's the approximate cost for building the lovely house?

Will cost me about half million pounds sterling equiv. in Hong Kong to build the house.

Up side I will be able to resell it for about 3 to 4 million pounds equiv.

I wish I could do something like this. Albeit any creation by me would poses serious structural hazards to the occupants as well as the neighbors.
