2011 BIG Event's

OK, I guess we need to work out what MotoGP event we want to attend. Provisional 2011 calender is out. Maybe a venue in Northern Spain might be more doable? It's a great idea to go Jerez but one hell of a road trip down from Santander/Bilbao and then back up into France, then Ring!

They have 3 races in Spain next year. Jerez, Catalunya and Aragon.

Aragon is brand new isn't it, literally? Would be nice to visit there although I personally have no idea of whereabouts it is in Spain?

Aragon is north east Spain, about half way between Bilbao and Barcelona. New but great track.

I know some good places to go out in the eve in barcelona

Barcelona I've done but wouldn't recommend it as no real race or after race atmosphere other than usual Barca stuff which you can do anytime.

Jerez I've done and was epic and the whole town goes bonkers with 200,000 visitors. Street parties for 3 nights, bars set up outside every shop and great weather.

Not sure about Aragon but maybe worth a try but need to stay with the race fans to get the most out of it.

The new track was getting rave reviews on the telly and if it is NE Spain it might be a plan regarding being closer to France, ring etc
