Default A warning about fitment for the heavy handed amongst us !

KK paddles arrived yesterday mate , quality service ... thats the good news ... and be assured, the rest of the post places NO blame on your good self whatsoever, but thought I would share so that others MAY not have same problem.
Firstly instructions say use a T-20 , when mine were T-15, no big issue that.
Secondly, when I went to replace the screw, I turned it in, and without thinking , was transfixed on the fact that there was a big gap under the screw head .... there is meant to be !!! ...too late, another quarter turn and the screw sheared off ! All becomes clear when you look at both paddles, the OEM ones have a sort of shroud in the moulding so that you cant see the head sticking up, it appears as though flush, the CF ones dont have this, so all those who fitted them in under the 5 minute guideleine without damage well done and a pat on the back, we are currently approx 35 mins into mine and not a new paddle fitted in site ! Just drilling the remains of the screw out, and if we fook that up, will shall be left with no alternative than to drill a clearance hole thro and wack a good old fashioned nut and a bolt thro it !!

Further to original post, I maybe wasnt as stupid as first indicated, as on fitting the second paddle, the screw went in fine, albeit the screw head is still approx. 1 mm off, however, the other screw sheared well before it should have done, and didnt bottom out as I first thought ! , have just drilled it out now, so going for the "nut & bolt" solution !
May have a go at tapping it out to 4mm and fitting a proper screw later !
