Was a great day. Bath tub was great.

Weather was perfect, had some good fun hounding Duncan, took duncans lad out in the bath-tub he seemed to love it, think he needed spare underwear afterwards.

I had a bad day re my data logging/timing, camera set-ups.
My DL1 would not pick up and any satellites and would not lock, tried everything no joy, was gutted as really wanted to see what it could do on clear laps. Think the gps aerial is goosed.

My go pro hero cam would not start recording, it was fine the night before when I put in a fresh card and batteries, but would not go on the day

A few of the lads timed me under 2 mins and that was with lots of traffic, in fact there was only about 3 "clear" laps all day, so disappointed to not find out what it could really do. BUT a great day none the less

It was great as I found some of the weaknesses of the MK, found a bit of understeer, and I know I can brake much later. A great learning curve for me/it.

Gonna tweek the geo, fit some roll bars, fit some slicks and alter the bump/rebound for the 17th with Duncan and his possee.

Good to see Dunc again, meet his lad, (are his undies soiled), meet craig and nige.

Nige it was my little bro Mike in the e30, he loved the battles with you. He said thanks.
And yes nige the yellow angry wasp was my MK, the one of the pic you posted.

Lawsy

Funny you say that about the DL1 as mine seemed to not be able to get a lock as well. On my vids it wouldn't pick up a track map.

I reckon based upon its straight line speed alone that you would be at least 10 secs a lap up on the CSL... SO EASILY A 1:55 inho, some of those slow/medium speed corners crucify the CSL lap time
