Good work so far Shim, I see you have lost 7kg's, very good mate! I have lost 6kg (13lbs roughly) since xmas and feel much better for it!

I'd like some prices on some Cups at some point aswell

battery is a Braiile 2317 and only 7.7kg. Ok as long as it bloody starts the car!

May take out the stereo just to make the targets for Spa but not a long term option as i like my Chris De Burgh and Celine Dion too much

Ive stopped drinking so dont need the kidenys any more. Got threee kids so thinking about selling my balls as well!

I am however starting fom a very high point!!!! So dont want to get even remotely happy until i am below 17 stone

Sure, plan is to clean them up, measure them all, pair them up (sign them for posterity) and stick them all on here first for you guys.
