Small update, appreciate it isn't everyones cup of tea....but then again, is anything?

Euro trip was brilliant! 3 days at the Ring, some wonderful cars on show, then down to Switzerland and a flying visit to Italy.

2600 mile in 6 days although not much of that was done whilst at the Ring. It's the sort of trip where you're going to love or hate your car by the end of it. Temps were in the high 20's and low 30's...bombing along in an old Clio with air-con that is useless at the best of times, a red hot engine more or less in the car with you, open the car windows and it's hot air coming in, getting out doing a fairly good impression of looking as though you've been in a sauna,..all pretty good reasons to hate it.

Completely bonded with the car and all of its madness ..never once thought "get me out of this sodding thing" and never once dreaded the idea of getting back into it.

Anyhow, it's now in with Blueprint in Notts until early next week, then it's straight to a mates place in Derby for approx 3 days, it might look slightly different when it reappears from there

Anyhow, replaced Cesil with an E92 M3 Comp Pack (thread somewhere but pics probably disappeared). Great car, did everything you could ask from it with little or no effort. Unfortunately it bored the ass off me.

So, it was time to move it on and find something loony to replace it...this in now in my garage

"02 plate, 41,000 miles, yes they want to kill you in the wet but knowing that might help a bit.

Induces a manic grin when opening the garage door, a car should do that but very few actually do
sounds like a great trip can only imagine your pain regarding temp, awesome

Glad you had a great trip & enjoyed the car.
It brings back memories of a trip in a Ur Quattro. No aircon & it took me at least 5 showers when we arrived before I dared go down for dinner.

Guessing a wrap. Be interesting to see the finished result.

Superb, be prepared for a lot (more) attention on the road from Joe Public. I found that when I had mine stickered up for the NC500, was epic and always got positive comments.
