I was thinking 2-3 options (as we have potentially 60 cars and 70-80 people.)

I'd refer something cheap as I supect most would to keep cost of the trip down, but decent parking a must.

Also I was just gonna worry about Monda night and presume all will drive west after the trAckday at 5pm to get half way home before tea time.

I think MattCSlnut volunteered with the photos a while ago, but happy to have a female version for a different angle.

MattCSlnut - official car photographer and chief still shot storage.
adem.csl mrs - official person photographer and alternative shots!

I will try to source a man with van with trailer to see if the costs are worth it to transport track wheels and car of needed.

Meanwhile we need still

1. Video Maker and Editor for trip
2. Two more trAckday helpers so I can enjoy that day
