Spa really does warrant an instructor as a few of the corners are ballsy

And then when you realise the speed you can take thru them (ER, B2, Pouhon) then your laptimes will tumble. Id guess a 328 would be doing well if hitting 3.05-10

I'll have to see if there's any other 328's that have been out there and to look at their times as on those tyres I don't think I could beat 3:13. The 197bhp of the 2.8 seemed so gutless on parts of the track too... CSL I think i'd have had the time down by a hell of a lot.

my best is 2m 54

going by Tommy at Donny who used to know out 1m 28 against CSL at about 1m 22 id say at Spa decent CSL time of 2m 57 against 328 time of 3m 10 max

Its GOTTA be faster than my bruvs 1.6 Caterham Academy car, its running road rubber that lasts a whole years racing!

Yeh, will have to do a Spa-revisited and see how it goes from there, mind you I did only time 9 laps out of 50 odd. What engines do the academy cars run, I always though they were 2.0 poke never knew they were 1.6's!

think its 1.6 zetec with realy basic set ups and rubbish tyres

9 laps is not many to time. best thing craig is to get soemone to sit in with you to check the lines and give you some confidence and then sit in with someone else

i might be wrong and 3m 18 is a record!

You missed a cracking trip shane no one would have seen you in the gtr,plus the diggs were great saved 60euro night over shimmys gaffsome nice motors there to have a crack at

what was Tuesday like Curly, heard there was a 996RS write off, did you do the trick on him down at Eau Rouge!?

Ill have you know that my digs were superb, fleeced my brother for the room money and put all the bar bill on Azraels room , off loaded my CD places, sold the garage slot and postponed my crossing

Cheaper than staying at home, although 2 hours with Dunc on the way home on bald Cups in the pissing rain and a set of rear pads rattling along with all the usual Triggers noises was a challenge
