I did thanks, I was trying to workout what with/offset a set of 18's would be best in... I do love the look of the CSL rims but already I don't like cleaning them Steve

They are of the moment, the BBS design is produced for VW, Audi etc. with only minor variation. They are in effect a fashion statement of the 00's as regards wheel design, being reproduced all over the world and in places which have neither heard of, nor seen a CSL.
As you rightly remarked they are a sod to clean and maintain. I have 2 sets 1 Black for proposed track use and 1 Silver for daily use, but I'm sorely tempted by: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Volk-Racin...-/150929002426 These 18"s are what 'shimmy' uses for trackdays, and are reputed to be amongst the best available and at c. $950 each, they look like a good buy, just a pity they're not a square set up all of one size either 8.5 or preferably 9.5.

They are already in my "watched items"
I quite fancy a set of Rota Grids as I had GTRs on my Focus RS previous to this car.... I'm only put off by loosing the originality of the CSL rims tho.. Steve

I did think that with the ET and the extra 1" of width it'd be very tight.. Scrap that idea I will just stick with 15mm spacers...
Cheers Steve
