I have been offered a replacement CSL motor so as it was reasonably priced and warranted I have decided to take that option. By the time I buy cams, rockers, gaskets and apply either my time or someone elses its a break-even scenario really at best. Thats if there is no other issue of course.
A friend of mine and I started the motor last night and beween all information we have the motor needs a top end rebuild if its done right. If anyone is interested in the motor that comes out let me know. It will be a 41k mile head block and sump bare with the issues described by me in this thread. Ill take a video/sound of the engine running or if your quick you can come round and listen! Whimper Nigel |

Can anyone tell me the torque settings for the flywheel bolts and for the four bolts that hold the front pulley on? I think its 115nm for the flywhel bolts but no idea what to use for the front pulley.
