One thing I will point out though, is that please bear in mind that the cost of warranty for cars with <60K is about £850 a year or something, but with >60K cars it increases, considerably. Glendog has accurate figures somewhere...I might try the search function myself here...or here even,

Guy's a question.

Say a car has 58K on it now and the warranty expires in June, so at renewal time it has less than 60K but by August it has gone over the 60K, and warranty is being paid monthly.

Do Mondial need to be informed when the car ticks over to 60K or only when the warranty is renewed next June for it to still be valid?

The only downside to monthly payments is that your warranty for life will be limited to the price you paid for the car whereas annual warranty is the same limit per year.

Shouldn't be a problem unless you let Duncan drive it ...............

The warranty works only in the UK or can be used in Europe?
If you have a problem in germany, can you go to a german dealer?

It generally says UK warranty, but don't know if that means UK only.

Worse case they recover to UK anyway.

BMW Insured Warranty covers the whole of Continental Europe as stated on page 18 of the "BMW Insured Warranty" Policy Handbook, providing your duration of travel on the continent does not exceed 91 days in any single trip I wonder which European dealer is the equivelant of Murketts BMW ?
