Ring the DVLA and ask them if B6 ALO has ever been issued. If not they can put it into one of their auctions for you.

With regards to the owners of the other plates only DVLA can give you this information. I've never tried this myself but here's one example you could try. You now know what car the plate is on just say you've been involved in an accident with them and you need to get in touch with the owner.

Lol. My mate tried this a couple of years ago. Although he was trying to get a date with a hot Blonde he used to see parking at the same car park as him every morning. He looked like a right prick when he called the police to find out her name and address (to send flowers to incidentally!!!) on the pretence of a minor bump in the car park. They asked for his details to pass on to her as they couldn't give a 3rd party's details. He had to pass them on, and the woman's husband called him going mental down the phone for bumping there car!! John (my mate) wasn't quick enough to give a false name and phone number when he realised things were going tits up!! He never did get that date!!! Lol.

He still takes stick about this and it happened years ago!!!!!

i think for a fee, the DVLA can provide you with the address to which the plate is registered...

Based on a friend of mine wanting to trace the history of his car, and he got a list of the addresses of previous keepers. Could be because he owned the car though...
