if you want to save money my 4 recommnedations

1. get adjustable front camber plate or adjustable suspension
2. dont overheat them so keep say below 15 minutes on track and pressures 32 or under all times 9dry)
3. swap them over between track days if circuits are all right handers or left handers
4, get them heat cycled before use if ou can (£40)

I bought the car with KW 3 and ap's.
do i need to look into getting adjustable camber plates as well, do you think?
Heat cycled?? £40??
Heat cycling alters the rubber compound and helps prepare it for track use

You may adjustable front camber plates fitted, if not the ability to alter front camber easily by 1 degree helps grip but also reduces tyre wear

DSC off means you have ABS only left working, no TC or active driver aids.

S6 on the SMG only is available when DSC is OFF

another thing...am i right in thinking...S6 mode is basically everything switched off, traction wise?

or does it do anything else?
Correct, DSC has to be off to enable S6 so zero traction control and 0.08s gearchange , in M-Track mode S5 is max and DSC is set to around 40% IIRC

Posted identical time to Shimmy! lol

Shimmy is a track vet, i'm a newbie, done about 3/4 this year, I use sport but have kept DSC on to date and just use S5 for the SMG.

Next year I'll get some fresh Cups and give the M-Track mode a go in Sport and see how that feels!
