What about some carbon fibre?
I have some your welcome to. Repair from the back, epoxy resin then sand and lacquer.

I've just about finished my refurb of my splitters

it's not a perfect job as the amount and depth of stone chips was quite severe but I've rubbed them down as instructed by KK and filled the holes with grey filler compound and managed to apply 7 coats so far of spray lacquer.

They'll do as the bumper still looks like it was parked next to the twin towers in 2001

original condition and hole left splitter

Original condition right splitter

one original and one being rubbed down

one rubbed down and washed and the other first coat of lacquer

now three pics, one new splitter out of the box and one of my refurbed ones

You can still see the made good holes as colour match too difficult and up close some of the chips can be seen but 500% better I agree

after 200 miles to Simpsons on Wednesday and 150miles around Silverstone behind DuncanR on Friday they'll probably look as bad as ever!
