if a M3 is like a cute girl, CSL is like a Pornstar...to much to live all the time with but sure to be always horny...
a style of life ...

Thanks for your comments, sounds like a good move!!
Yes, it will be a weekend car.
One further question, does the CSL feel much lighter than the standard M3 on the move?

but it's really much lighter, my CSL is 230 kg less than my ex full option SMGII.(Weighed). feeling is very differente because of many thing more that only weight. direction more direct, CSL suspension sach brand double effect much better than a standard M3 and of course trim of the trains...
last, CSL is maybe the only BMW wich oem brakes are enought good (with RS29), always because only 1400 kg (brakes on my CSL is at the opposite of my M3 wich was horrible limit dangerous)...
At low speed (under 30 mph), CSL it's a littles bit hard and heavy stearing wheel...but after it's like a dancer...always need bends to find pleasure and run amazing like a race car
Problem with CSL, it's after...fiew cars offers you so high sensation...it will hard to drive an another sport car now except expensive GT3 or similar...
Last thing, CSL is the only radical sport car wich you can bring with you lugage, you're girl friend (with ear plug!) tools box, and another set of wheel for track!

LOL ... I don't think I've ever heard of such an appropriate analogy

The weight difference is VERY noticeable - actually it is probably the first thing you'll notice when you drive one.

I had 2 E46 M3s before I moved onto the CSL - absolute night and day difference out of the box. Not so much with a highly modified E46 M3 though.

I've found the only difference between Porn Star and a ‘normal’ woman is copious quantities of alcohol

Definately dont agree with that one, yes they CSL seats are buckets and dont feel like a sofa, but they are way more comfortable when actually driving.

For what they are, the CSL Bucket seats are very supportive, grippy and comfortable. I hope I have the same opinion after a return trip from The RING
