Warranty expired as soon as you went out of view

As posted on another forum. One reason we have dropped KW is that KW UK offered a warranty on all CLubsport kits sold but KW Germany vetoed it without telling anyone, however it does look like a failed top unit from the limited information can see. We will of course lookafter our customers we have supplied KW to bt as to how we resolve situations where the KW unit has clearly failed (if this is the case here) then if I'm honest I've no idea what will happen. Put it this way, we have a lot of second hand KW stuff here.
