I think it depends if your are near a stealer who knows how to look after a CSL, mine are clueless and I will be looking to take it further a field to somewhere with a good record.
I need to get mine in soon as I have a few bits that need to be done so any recommendations would be good
Yorkshire area but willing to travel to a good one

Where was Mark's garage

dealers can be scared to ask,

but BMW UK certainly seem to have put some money aside for any non wear faults with the CSL even up to 60k miles or more so dont be scared to ask and try a deifferent dealer like Murketts.

No limit on annual mileage, but the cover stops at 100k miles iirc? The policy price almost doubles on reaching 60k - i am at 58k!

Just need to have the car serviced by BMW to maintain cover...

Well let's put it this way, I wouldn't still own the car if it hadn't had a warranty . . . .

2 x Rear springs
2 X Rear top monts
1 X Alarm ECU
1 X drivers door window regulator
1 X Vanos unit . . . .
2 X rear toe arms and a KDS
1 X SMG pressure sensor
1 X Alternator
2 X Front wheel bearings
2 X door lock assemblys

Add in the diagnostic labour and fitment charges and as Tom said to Nick the Greek in LS&TSB "It's a deal, it's a steal, it's the Sale of the f*cking Century!"

Feck me! That's some list of repairs! Are they all jobs that have been done since your ownership from last year? Makes my couple of warranty jobs look pitiful!

BTW - are you using your car for something like the Paris-Dakar rally?

Wow! Lots of warranty claims! Mine has only had clutch, bonnet switch and radio on warranty. No other grumbles as yet. And that's over 20,000 miles of use!
