Secondly - just adjust the OEM Recaro seat base fixing to suit you - it will be a lot more comfy then. When i first got my CSL the seats were fixed as low as they go (both front and back bolts) and it felt like i was sat in a bathtub - like someone may have mentioned i am not the tallest...! All sorted now and they are really good http://www.cslregister.com/forum/sho...eat+adjustment

The seats swap will work on (plugs for the seat belt pre-tensioner are the same and also the same for the seat occupancy sensor on the passenger side - non on the driver side, just the pre-tensioner wiring) - you do need to find manual seats, the electric ones won't work as the CSL don't have that part of the harness.

You mean the CSL buckets are height adjustable? Really! How's that work, we only managed to make it go forward and backwards. Yes, need to put the e46 m3 sport seats in as I'm getting hassled by the mrs big time as she wants to drive it. Glendog must be like me then, want the best but the mrs makes me a pussy as I can't keep the buckets in-place. Just kidding..... |
