Def Saturday night (party night) then 45 mins to Papenburg in he morning and either back to Groningen for the second night for Assen the flowing day.

Parking you say - they don't do parking in Groningen... In fact cars are the enemy to the cyclist - all 40,000 of the bastards... Be careful there - you hit a cyclist (and they always have right of way) and you'll do bird with Josef Fritzl

I was hoping to drive really but I could bring the Landcruiser with my driftcar trailer which has room for 20 wheels and tyres. I also have about 8 -10 scrappy 19s and 18s I could bring as if you guys have a slight off on to the gravel ......sorry I mean when you guys have a slight off on to the gravel it will save you having to refurbish your wheels as I had to do with a newly refurbished set of CSL wheels I stupidly took when I first went about 18 months ago. The track is safe so have no worries there but some of the stones off the track are pretty big and will knacker your wheels.
So happy Assen is on the cards although Ill need to get some extra bungs for my exhaust. Is the level really is 98Db?
You guys are going to love Papenburg though.
