Looks fine to me - perhaps it's the top rubber pad or the other side? Although unlikely given that top pad has a large centering protrusion for the pad to go on.

Looks ok to me tell the dealer to show you how it should be fitted that would be fun and can you video it and post on here so we can all have a good

The bloke said it was the bottom pads, and I've checked the other side as well...

Could it be that it's upside down ?

I mean the upper pad to be installed down and the lower pad to be installed down ?
There is a difference between them and especially the lower one is 5mm thick.

There is a difference between them and especially the lower one is 5mm thick.
Upper and lower rubber pad don't interchange - they are designed differently to stop that from happening in the first place (and yes I've tried before just to be sure).
