Default Re-grinding Cam Shafts

Morning all,

Has anyone ever re-ground their camshafts?

My ones went in the CSL a couple of years ago, and I opted to put Schrick cams into the car at that time as the lead time for OEM parts was over 12 months.

Since then my original camshafts have sat on a shelf in my garage.

Is it possible to re-grind them back to OE spec? Any advice or recommendations on where to do it?

Never had cams reground before, so a little unsure.
