Congrats and lovely colour too

Great write up below, although in a non RS GT3 myself thats exactly how I would put down the differences.

You need FAR more respect in all GT3's and it's like learning to drive all over again, and it's been a fun journey getting to grips with how they handle... get it out on track, its just a mental thing when you get it all hooked up right, done Spa / Ring and Silverstone in mine and since then the car feels more alive to drive daily ..

This is when the CSL comes into it own.... Firstly its covert. As you know you can drive round it and to most people its just a 3 series. and from the educated you get the knowing nod. and it just wants to be driven fast, soaks up most things that british roads throw at it. Where as in the RS you find yourself backing off more.

A mate summed it up perfectly. The GT3 is like a fine lady and needs a bit of respect and a smooth entry....unlike the CSL that shouts 'Do me up the shitter'

Thanks Daz. Yes agreed I dont feel any where near as confident in the GT3. (Havent tracked her yet mind) Had a couple of twitchy moments on the road to remind me im not in the M3.

Any regrets moving from the CSL to GT3? Mines currently forsale also and everyday I think im making a mistake. Life moves on though need to try new things. Im thinking I might replace it with a 1M in 12 months or so when ill need another more usable car daily to run with the RS.
