M3 E92 sub 10 to the gallon! Surely a problem somewhere? Low mileage full service history upto date

Just checked my computer, last 310 miles av 17.3, 160 motorway in that, rest stop start and normal town driving, average since battery last out is 19.7, average under 10 means something wrong!
