I've used BMminiparts a number of times without issue, Toby the guy that owns/runs the business is very helpful, everything I have ever ordered from him has always be genuine BMW. Whether it is cheaper than the dealers depends on what discount, if any, you can get out of your dealer, as there is always carrage to take into account.

I've used http://www.c3bmw.co.uk/ quite a number of times, and the guy who runs it (Simon) is v helpful. Even if the part isn't on the website, he's been able to source stuff for me at competitive prices
