Default Aftermarket Steering Wheel - as close to oem steering wheel thickness?

anyone have any luck in finding an aftermarket steering wheel that is as close if not as thick as the grip diameter of the oem steering wheel?

It's probably worth having a look at the Personal range - same company that made the steering wheels for the McLaren F1, Honda NSX-R and have been on F1 cars since the start of time.

The video shows the difference between the thickness's dependant on how much driving you do with or without gloves. Hope it helps!
