On clear laps I was doing mostly 1 min 25 with the odd 24 thrown in. Only timed the occasional lap. Don't know if that's any good on the slightly adjusted track but I felt I could have gone quicker but cups were quite a handful on the rear for some reason.
Might have been a consequence of running rears all round. The front end was so nailed it might be I'm not quite used to that and made the rear feel loose. I should have played a bit more with the Intrax settings but got a bit lazy.

I think the new national is about 0.5 s quicker due to the quicker bend at Goddards so I guess a really good time on Cups would be around 1m22s but I'm guessing if someone was really on it 1m 20s is possible. I know Curly has done 1m 19s on slicks in his old CSL. Instruction there is really helpful as so many of the corners are late apex

I was much the same as Alex, didn't time any laps but i was hanging onto his coat tails for a fair few! I also struggled with rear grip from my new track wheels. I think it was a combination of the increased front end grip and the track conditions as well as my rear Cups being a little past their best. I had a fair few sideways twitchy moments throughout the day and consequently never had full confidence in the car like i do on my usual 19's setup. Interestingly, i swapped onto my road 19's fitted with PS2s for a last session before the end and i immediately felt happy with them and was probably not that far off my pace with Cups! It was nice to meet a few more members too: Clayton, Baldydaz & Conleth

Rob that rear cup size is really made for pork, with engine sat over them,
Csl is no where near as rear heavy as say a gt3 You probably need to get more heat in them and run not so much rear camber to get them working IMO |
