Where is the plaque supposed to be mounted?

Most Plaques are on the carbon panel just below the gear stick

Mark are they really worth that much money...nearly fell off the chair when I saw the price....if it sells thought about taking mine off and doing the same

BMW didn't push the boat out on the design of these did they yet people expect them on the cars when they buy them.

I had an E30 M3 Evo11 and the plaque on there was stunning. It said what number the car was and had the FIA design on there. Very classy plaque. It's a pitty BMW didn't do somethin like that for the CSL.

That's far to expensive in my book.

They all should have been supplied with them as standard but like Andy said they should have made them special.

BMW took time to make them special with the E3O M3...did they just get lazy. I would imagine the local silversmith could knock up a exact copy of the CSL one for about £20 surely. Wonder if we could design our own and get them made. It could be a CSL register plaque ..but then I suppose it wouldn't be original.
