Xenon headlights Beam is too high

Hi Guys, How do I adjust the xenons? I know they auto level with weight acceleration, deceleration but mine are to high to start with and dazling people. I've seen 2 adjusters on top of the lamp one in the centre (black dial) and one hidden in the wing (white) I've turned both and nothing appears to happen, any ideas?

actually scrap that, the centre dial does the height adjustment, good old perseverance fixed this one....
