They are a reseller so if you want to book direct with the organizer go to www.focusedevents.com for £129. This is cheap for Bedford which is usually £179 so check the times etc.
Bedford has good tarmac and good run off so very safe for experimenting and having fun. On the downside it is flat and featureless and lots of low speed corners after long straights so high on brake and tyre wear. Noise is a particular issue and some cars do not meet driveby limits. Standard CSL is ok but if you gave full exhaust upgrade you have to be careful near the meters not to overtake and trip them. Having said this I have done Bedford around 10 times and you do get plenty of track time esp for only £129. |

just come from bedford, what a great track, 140 mph at the end of the straight line........NAPOLEON RULES there was nothing quicker than the csl this day (except a caterham R500, of course). English people are good, a real driving experience, Focus event is just perfect. I lost my left front splitter (??? how ??? i just don't know), and recover it under my car.....destroyed....there was 2 other csl this day (one reg is FD54FKF, don't know the other), with black wheels and maybe a 100cell cat and supersprint (sounds like that) and intrax shocks (he didn't know about the problems with the intrax on standard setup)....that was for the track, on the other side, it was a real pleasure to meet english people, open minded, car aficionados and beautiful women. Cambridge was just a shit to visit on the evening (nothing to do).....but London. I just hope to come again, maybe twice a year would be great: nurburgring twice and uk twice a year....pictures, video, tomorrow
