Default What's it worth

I've been made an offer for my m3 gt individual but I've no idea what it's worth. I've owned it 10 years and never used it it has the same 81000 miles on it starts first time and drives but boy it needs work. Rust has raised its ugly head in all the usual places the brakes need freeing up and the exhaust is blowing rear spoiler has weathered badly and needs replaced so what do I ask for this. Any body on here fancy a restoration project I'm open to all offers thanks.

If yours is the 1995/96 only M3 GT in Green then it's a very rare car so at a guess I'd say at least £5000 for your "as is" but it all depends on how severe the rust is as E36s were sadly designed for rust If it's right through the panels than it will be a very costly restoration sapping lots of cash as it'll need to be restored correctly due to rarity.
Good, presentable, road worth examples sell for well north of £10K if you can find one that is a s most owners hold onto them.
Show us some pix please Mick.

That brings back memories of my old car imported from Germany.

sorry about the pics they will follow. The panel rust thankfully seems to be surface . Slightly concerned that the underside rust will need more attention. The car itself is one of 50 right hand drive models in racing green not to be confused with the euro spec left hand drive gt which had an increase in power.

You could be right shim. It was more of a brain storm than for sale post but ultimately the car is for sale and I'm open to offers
