I doesn't seem all that cheap to me, given that unmodified cars are most popular, perhaps with the exception of the AP brakes. It seems to me that the pricing is about right for the mileage. What am I missing? Prices seem to be around £30k for 70k miles with decent history.

Either that or the owner/seller is 12 months behind real time This is one reason why CSLs are not keeping up with GT3 prices .

It is also a private sale, these will always be cheaper than through a dealer. Prices seem very tightly grouped around £30-£35k.
