Default Stone Chips on the Carbon Roof what do you do?

Again, a second quick question.

Stone Chips on the Carbon Roof what do you do? its there a touch in colour any has used that looks better that the actual chip, or do people fill the chip up with a bit of lacquer?

any advise would be appreciated.

Probably a bit too late for Mr Sidewayzzz, but I spoke to Paintshield a month or two back regarding a cover for the carbon roof - mine's virtually chip free but so easy to attract a significant bosh it's worth doing.

Paintshield quoted around the £350 mark from memory, I'll have to check the email at work.

I think they mentioned a Group Buy deal - again, my memory lets me down so I'll confirm Monday.

I put some black colored polish on it and then some wax.

It hides the small stone chips.

as always good advice, I have some lacquer, so will try that first. on my old v8 the front roof trim got chipped, and it matched a friends nail varnish, so that was handy. Odd her nails would look like the roof colour of an M3 though ;0)

Default Putting that advise into effect.....

Before one of the offending chips.

After..... (couldnt pick it up on the Camera, but its there somewhere ;0)

Then 5 chips later and a quick polish....
