Salt'n'pepper Chips
For 2:
2 red chillis - sliced - with seeds if you like it hot 2-3 Spring Onions - sliced 2 Cloves Garlic - thinly sliced Groundnut oil Salt to taste 2 Portions of your preferred Chips cooked and still hot In a wok/frying pan heat oil until smoking - give chillis, spring onions and garlic a quick fry - add cooked chips and fry, then add as much salt as you want. Chilli Heaven! |
