I love the "game champion" scrolling under the username very nice

I'm still ont a fan of clicking the "quick reply" to activate the bottom box, much rather just type in there

Is it possible to have "Mark Forums Read" as a default?

Also noticed that the forum only shows the threads younger than 30 days be default.

I had to go into CP >> Edit Options and then look for "Default Thread Age Cut Off" and set to show all threads

What do you mean by "as a default"?

You can mark each subforum 'read' from within that subforum (from the Forum Tools dropdown) and by double-clicking the orange marker when viewing the main index, or you can mark all forums 'read' from the main index page (via Mark All Forums Read clicky).

What I mean is, once I have read each thread in a subforum ie Technical area, and click to go to forum overview, its still showing that there is new posts in that subforum even though Ive read them all.

Old system used to know Id read things and turn the orange folder back to white.

That is odd. If you've read everything then you shouldn't have any 'unread' markers.
Works perfectly here ... maybe you have a cookie problem (?)
