Anyone encountered one on a track day yet ?
But I guess inevitably it will be roughly the same speed and times more dependent on the state of the driver and the tyres etc |

Yep... we'll all rush out to chop in our Cecils and buy a M135i each to support BMW (AG) and their quest in producing more amazing "M"arketing products

I'd say a stock csl is quicker over a lap than a stock M135, the brakes in the M135 are better on track, bigger disc's and 4 pots.

There is also an upgrade package to have 340mm discs (one piece). Therefore, the OEM CSL brake discs are bigger, single pot though. I drove the M135i x-drive of a friend of mine last Sunday at the Blackforest. It's very easy to drive. I made the brakes purple. It is quick but utterly boring. It's no way quicker than a CSL or M3 E46 or ... or ... |
