Can't you claim on the 12 year anti corrosion warranty. Mine goes in next week for a rear wheel arch

Most CSL's would have the 6 year anti-corrosion warranty, only vehicles that left the factory (or registered not sure which) after 1st of January 2004 come with a 12 year anti corrosion warranty.

I found this out the hard way.

Ditto also worth considering subscribing to CSLR properly via the Donate button and advertising your CSL on here.
Recently, good CSLs have been selling within a few weeks... sometimes within a few days on here

BTW... once your Cecil is all done "spick & span", I'd advertise it @ £39,995 and hold out for the right new owner to come along if you're not in a desperate hurry to sell. The CSL is a sellers market which has moved on up recently (and slowly but surely keeps on rising) in favour of the sellers. By the time your car has had it's new paint, wheel re-furb and bits of interior all re done it'll be virtually like new (so long as the standard of the repairs is high) Also lets not forget all the recent BMW Warranty work (engine included) will have a transferable remainder of the 24 months warranty from the date of instalation. A real bonus for the new owner

Yes I could advertise at that figure but with all the criticism that I have received on this forum and also 'Cutters' do you think that figure would be the right figure.
