Mines sitting @ 112k now. So it's due to be swapped as I recon it's original. My car was completely std when I bought it. I'm now going through the car and replacing all the usual worn items and problem areas.
My spring refresh list reads simular to Shimmys.

Mine is 102k and def first prop coupling change.

Although I'm surprised mine has worn so bad as it is driven very gently

ok, update now my car is drivable again. Had some great help from Paul46 who has stripped refurbed and reprinted my AP callipers, new nipples and seals etc, removed and refitted the Intrax and I got them refurbed by Intrax who gave some free service and charged me for the upgrade to Black Titan.

Done:
5. AP brake strip, seals, nipples and paint an refit
6. New good ridge brake lines
9. Intrax refurb to black Titan

Off to Simpons on Wednesday for:
1. New front prop coupling (old one worn out)
3. Gearbox fluid change/Diff fluid change
4. Power steering fluid change
10. New Geo and ride height, corner weight
Extra: refit Oem cats
Extra: check how to adjust rear camber arms

Now for next year I think:
2. New AC condenser (see if this helps cooling)
7. Front brake stone guards
8. Front and rear wheel bearings

Sounds good, I was gonna try to get to Bath and back during the day but have given up on that idea.

Name a time, I'll be waiting.

Will bomb over for 12 in the ugly 1 so you can try out a proper gearbox.

However, don't let me mess the plan if you need to hit Bath.

Shim, can I ask why you're refitting OEM cats? Prior to this, were you on Supersprint cats?

Fed up of the engine light tbh, and decided also don't need the extra bhp to get last Lawsy

While the exhaust is dropped for the propo coupling seems like the perfect time.

You might get some torque and power back shim!

After talking with Wayne, and looking at graphs with him, changing exhausts on these cars moves power all over the place, loses some areas and gains others.

The change in power band from exhaust changes alone seem pretty big.
