Sytner (Sheffield) bodyshop did mine and although not damaged only stone chipped lacquer I gave them the instructions from link on here and they did a super job. Chartwells Derby are capable too as they have top carbon guy who rebuilds damaged front ends of Fezzas etc.. So it is possible.

To be fair, its only wetsanding then lacquer. Any bodyshop should be able to accomodate.

Its not voodoo magic.

However, not over sanding is a skill (machine sanding can go straight thru the CF) and also applying the right lacquer isn't always done.

I should know!

Yeh, buts you be an amatuer.

Sticky Mickey the ducati race carbon King did mine.

Who in their right mind, would machine sand a small trim like that

Will had a mate of ours do his full ralliart carbon front splitter on his Evo, it looked better than it was when new

I can confirm they do a great job too. They repaired a couple of stone chips on my roof as well as making a set of splitters look like new again whilst repairing a completely fooked set to be a spare track day set.

Highly recommended
