Did all this then took the car for a spin and I can still hear the pad knocking a about a second after i apply the brakes. It's almost like one of the pistons has a delayed reaction

Not sure if bleeding the brakes will help at all??

My pads occasionally 'clunk' at slow speeds - there is obviously some element of movement play with APs when you are only lightly applying braking force.

I have had 3 sets of pads (DS2500, RS29 x 2) and they have all done this - i am used to it now!
