So.. on this topic..
my 9K miles SG CSL was diagnosed with two broken springs yesterday,
BMW will be covering all the costs under the Insured Warranty policy that I have.

I wanted to ask you if a KDS wheel alignment must be carried out after the spring change? RTABs were checked and found to be in a very good condition. Is there anything else that might need a check or replacement while the car will be on the ramp?

No Wheel wheel alignment wont change with a new spring.
BMW give the car a good check over when its in anyway!
