It's not an Inspection part…no different to balljoints, bushes etc. You change it when you need too. Don't need to replace any bolts, only one you might need to replace is the nut holding it on I'm not sure if it's a single use nut.

Couplings would not be an inspection II item, however a possibly MOT advisory or failure.

They missed mine, 4 days between MOT and Gareth finding it.
